Help for the hopeless.... These people are the ones that fight Ann ever growing epidemic.... Depression

Save yourself a lot of time and stress, and find somewhere else to go. If I had insurance, I would... and I will be doing so soon.

"CED brings respect, dignity, and healing to those with mental health issues." It took from July to Dec to get to see a therapist for an, "in take," appointment. That appointment was just to get an appointment to see who was to become my actual therapist in March. You cannot see a psychiatrist without your therapist setting the appointment and again you are going to be waiting months, if you are lucky, to get an appointment set up. It took ten months all told to get in to see the shrink and all he did was write scripts for things I was not there for and charge over and over to be ignored and degraded by staff. If there is any other option including the ER take it. Then move out of Alabama. Worst mental health care in the 48 continental states.

You will be a file, not a person. You will wait for months for an appointment. When you get there, you will wait for hours after your appointment time. When you finally get in to talk to someone, you will be rushed through. You better hope you don't have any problems with medication or need to see or talk to anyone outside your regular appointments because that isn't going to happen. And, good luck getting someone to call you back... but of course, they will say they did.

This is a joke of a medical practice, if you could even call it that. I believe the doctors are good doctors. The rest of the staff, I don't even know what they do. Maybe they are understaffed? Honestly, they didn't seem to care.

It takes an act of Congress to actually see a doctor! If you have insurance, don't choose this place. Staff is rude, but Love the therapist Jason. He was the only person who seemed to care if I received help. 5 stars for Jason but 1 on CED mental health care.

I had an appointment over 2 months ago when I called to make sure of the time there was no appointment for that day. I told them I was without meds and everything. Told me I could make another appointment which would be another 2 months even knowing I'm without my meds.
